Just for good measure, Mercury is going Retrograde this week and takes place in the sign of Sagittarius, the sign of expansion and philosophy. The Sagittarian element inspires us to ask ourselves, am I moving enough? What big ideas inspire me? Maybe I have Study plans or need to plan a trip? This week's class we look at expansion through the Wood element to cleanse and strengthen the Liver.

This week we move into the last Quarter moon in Virgo. Using Virgo's brilliance it's time to make a mental list - What can you release and let go of? An inspired time to clean up house - Physically and mentally. This week's class we will work through a full body cleanse and clear to nourish and replenish.

This week's full moon is triggering the Planet Uranus, the planet of change and radical turnarounds. Full moons are about releasing and letting go and so with this particular lunation, things may get a little crazy! It's time to let go of the past, we are not the same as we were then, we have changed physically so let go of any feelings of resentment, hurt or bitterness that we hold onto making us uncomfortable or unwell. Try to keep your feet grounded and your head in a meditation state.
